Your day looks like this:
- You will own the website tracking ecosystem, including implementation and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Be responsible for end-to-end conversion tracking setup, including standard events, enhanced conversions, and cross-platform tracking;
- Implement and maintain campaign attribution models and ensure accurate performance tracking across all digital marketing channels;
- Conduct cross-channel tracking validation to ensure data consistency and reliability across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.);
- Manage the marketing analytics infrastructure, ensuring accurate data collection, processing, and integration with CRM systems;
- Work closely with the Demand Generation Lead and Campaign Specialist to ensure campaigns are properly tracked and performance data is actionable;
- Support marketing reporting by ensuring clean, reliable data flow between marketing platforms and internal systems;
- Act as the primary owner of the website, including ongoing optimisation and digital experience improvements;
- Lead the website rebuild roadmap, coordinating across design, development, and content teams;
- Owns the CMS and ensures the website is continuously optimized post-launch;
- Collaborate with the SEO, Content & Web Lead on site structure, SEO performance, and content implementation;
- Work closely with developers on technical implementation and performance improvements;
- Owns Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts, including:
- A/B testing;
- User behaviour analysis;
- Continuous iteration to improve conversion performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in web analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar digital marketing role;
- Demonstrable expertise with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, including custom event tracking, data layers, and attribution configuration;
- Proven experience setting up and managing conversion tracking across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta;
- Solid understanding of CRM integrations and marketing data pipelines, with experience connecting platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to analytics systems;
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to a website rebuild or migration project;
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers;
- Familiarity with CRO methodologies, A/B testing tools, and user behavior platforms such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity;
- Experience with SEO fundamentals and an understanding of how technical and content decisions impact search performance;
- Exposure to B2B marketing environments is a strong advantage; experience in the technology or SaaS sector is preferred.
