Your day looks like this:

  • You will analyze the market and continuously deepen knowledge of the Telecommunications and VoIP industries;
  • Identify, prospect, and book meetings with relevant decision-makers across our target market;
  • Run omnichannel sales outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn;
  • Engage and qualify marketing-generated leads that have shown interest and collaborate with marketing and other departments on campaigns and initiatives;
  • Use storytelling to motivate prospects to meet with our experts, and to strengthen collaboration within the team and across departments;
  • Manage your time and pipeline effectively, taking ownership of the quality of your work. 


Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience - previous experience is not obligatory, given a strong soft skills match. Experience with outbound sales is a bonus, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital services; 
  • Strong, fluent knowledge of English with a natural, confident communication style;
  • A talent for storytelling and persuasive communication; 
  • Curiosity and resilience - you stay motivated by finding the right partners and earning strong commission, and you don't let rejection or silence slow you down; 
  • Excellent time management and a high degree of personal accountability;
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a bonus.
