During the Bicom Systems Technical Hub program, you will join a structured training and learning program designed to help you build strong foundations in networking, hardware, and most importantly - our products. The training will be financially compensated with a monthly wage and the equipment will be provided by us. 

You will start with guided training and mentorship, gradually gaining hands-on experience by working alongside experienced engineers and supporting real customer environments. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility and grow into a specialised role within the company that will be determined after the training is over. The training itself lasts between 3-6 months.

Who are we looking for?:

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong potential and a willingness to learn. Prior experience is not required, but a basic foundation and genuine interest in technology is important. You have:

  • Basic understanding of Linux and networking concepts;
  • Strong problem solving mindset and curiosity;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment;
  • Organised and able to manage multiple learning tasks and priorities.

We also welcome applications from students. If you are in your final year of university and have already finished your lectures feel free to apply. 


Nice to have: 

  • Exposure to hardware, servers or infrastructure environments;
  • Basic understanding of VoIP technologies;
  • Degree in IT or a related field;
  • Certifications (Linux, Cisco, or similar).

What will you do?

  • Participate in structured training sessions covering Linux, networking, VoIP, hardware and our products;
  • Gain experience analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving real customer issues in everyday work situations;  
  • Support senior engineers in:
    a.) providing technical solutions and customer support;
    b.) diagnosing software, hardware and network-related issues;
    c.) implementing and configuring systems in production environments.
  • Assist with remote installations and system setups;
  • Gradually take part in customer onboarding and product training sessions;
  • Contribute to post-deployment activities, including system upgrades, migrations, and optimisations;
  • Continuously develop your technical and communication skills through mentorship and internal knowledge-sharing.
